Working with Challenge Applications and Dan Ashe was an unexpected win for our organization. The leadership team was charged to completely overhaul our business practices and find new ways of doing business to meet the needs of our customers. The Challenge Applications process delivered, providing us with the tools and resources needed to take this massive project on and to be successful. The training should be a requirement for any organization that is considering a transformation, leveraging processes that can ensure success.
I appreciated how this training created natural interaction with our cross-functional leaders and a desire to achieve a common goal; we need to do more of this. More than anything, I really learned a lot about my teammates and how to work in a group, especially with other high-powered individuals.
Dan and his team did a fantastic job for our company’s annual executive meeting. He took his time to understand the culture, norms, overall strategy and purpose of Milgard. He carefully planned our team building event with input, consideration and detailed preparation. The event was a huge success. Dan’s facilitation created opportunities for our employees to interact with each other at different levels which are not necessarily generated organically from our day to day work. We ended with a better understanding of one another’s qualities and how to best leverage our individual strengths for the benefit of our overall team performance.
The CA team building program was a highly effective training model that captured the attention of the Capitol Battalion, U.S. Naval Sea Cadets, a diverse group of senior leaders and cadets. Dan Ashe has the unique ability to transcend age and experiences while facilitating hands-on training that brings about teamwork and motivation.
