State of Washington GEAR UP Partner
We worked with Dan Ashe and Challenge Applications over a four-day sequence that included faculty professional development, a full day student facilitation training, and two days of experiential learning programs for high school students and middle school students that promoted practical communication, intentional collaboration and emotionally intelligent leadership. The process was thoughtful, inclusive and worthwhile on many levels. Our students learned a variety of lessons from Dan’s experiential stories and team-building activities. At the end of the day, bringing Dan in to lead the Pathways to Success experience benefited both faculty and students. The training exceeded our expectations and we look forward to the positive impact this event will continue to have on our school community.
