This survey seeks to establish a baseline of data where we can claim our Point A. As faculty and staff who believe in a robust education system for our students, we desire to take our organization to the next level and commit to continuous improvement. After all, that’s what we ask of our students. Therefore, we strive to model this mindset for our students and stakeholders. Please complete the survey and press SUBMIT when you are finished.

This information will be reported back to the district leadership and shared in-house with our faculty and staff in the future. If you have concerns or questions about the survey, contact your building principal or superintendent.
